There Is A Free Lunch

I got a $20 gift certificate for Metro a few weeks ago. My 19yr old daughter watched for specials and she found 8 double roll of Toilet paper reg. $7.99 on sale for $2.99  had a $2 coupon so it cost us $0.99. So because my daughter and I both order coupons we saved $40 off our $100 grocery order by using the ones we needed this week.  Metro has good specials with extra Airmiles on things we need or have large value coupons. I check the flyers online at Flyerland.com
Since I'm in a wheelchair she and my husband do most of the shopping so she takes her bag with all her reusable bags and coupon binder.

Most of the time she price matches at WALMART unless the Real Canadian Superstore has store coupons that are large enough to save major bucks.

In the past 2 weeks on 4 different SPIN to WIN sites Coffee Cultures, Union Burger, and Crabby Joe's we have won coffee, onion rings, milkshakes, fries, coffee cups and 3 free lunches.

We can share our stockpiles

We have been checking out other blogs about coupons and living on a limited income also being able to help our local food bank with paper items they don't get in their regular donations.

I know several people who stock pile things like toilet paper, shampoo, deodorant, hand soap, toothpaste and other personal items. So this weeks post is really important to those who think having a room stock piled to the rafters is important. Take one bag of what you would need that isn't the normal thing you would give the food bank out of your stock pile. Take products you've got cheap or free but seldom use because you have favourites. Even if we are living on a limited income we can be part of the solution to help others in our country. So if you have coupons for toilet paper, paper towels, or feminine products you don't use but they are on sale because we still want to stay within our own budget. If its cheap or free it's for me
